After the contract ends, the user must manage their data (review, correction, right to be forgotten, restriction, right to transfer from one system to another) in writing directly with Hotel Golden Dome. Hotel Golden Dome may ask the requester to verify their identity if necessary. Hotel Golden Dome will respond to a written request within the time frame set by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (usually within one month).
A person in the register has the right to request the deletion of their personal data from the register ('right to be forgotten'). Likewise, registered persons have other rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, such as the right to restrict the processing of personal data in certain situations.
However, it should be noted that the data stored in Hotel Golden Dome's customer register is always generated when the customer purchases products and/or services.
